Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement, based on product issue.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement, based on product issue.
  • Other Unusual cases: For Quality issue cases with the approval from customer support you can return the product through any courier within 7 days of delivery following which the courier charges need to be paid from customer end. Once the product reaches to destination with respect to the product condition we initiate the partial/full refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our Customer Support or Under Order history you can submit cancellation as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can, however, Reject the shipment at a time of delivery. Follow our Refund Policy for returning the product once you receive it.

Return Process

For returns and exchanges, please follow these steps:

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

All the Pet products, beauty products and Wallpapers are Non-Returnable category since once the customer uses the product, Cannot sell to other customers. Only incase of damaged product or wrong item received, Return is applicable within 3 days of shipment received.
